Job summary

Bluehawk, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support AI, software, and data integration initiatives across the JIOC enterprise. This role leads project planning and execution, coordinates technical and operational stakeholders, tracks milestones and deliverables, manages risk, and maintains documentation to keep mission-critical work aligned with objectives and timelines.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
• Experience leading technical projects in a classified environment.
• Strong knowledge of waterfall and agile project management.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles and documentation.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate with senior leaders.
• Attention to detail, judgment, and follow-through.
• 8+ years of progressive project management, 5+ years in intelligence/defense.
• Experience leading high-profile, mission-critical projects.
• Expert PM methodologies knowledge and application.
• Understanding of intelligence systems, infrastructure, and operations.
• Experience mentoring PMs and establishing PM standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of complex AI and data integration projects within intelligence constraints.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and KPIs.
• Coordinate technical teams, mission partners, and leadership to maintain momentum.
• Identify, assess, communicate, and mitigate risks and dependencies.
• Maintain requirements, decisions, designs, status reports, and outcomes.
• Apply traditional, agile, or hybrid PM methods as needed.
• Lead kickoff meetings, working sessions, and after-action reviews.
• Participate in intelligence planning conferences, working groups, and coordination boards.
