Job summary

Fives HPM in Hebron, Kentucky, is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams through order-to-payment cycles. You will coordinate scheduling, budgets, and risk management while serving as the primary point of contact for customers and internal departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four-year college or technical school; two to four years of similar experience preferred.
• Active PMP certification is a plus but not required.
• Two to four years of experience in a fast-paced advanced manufacturing environment.
• Experience coordinating projects across multiple functional areas.
• Experience managing project schedules, deliverables, risks, and customer requirements.
• Working knowledge of SAP and Salesforce preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Strong technical understanding and ability to work with engineering, manufacturing, installation, and customer-facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Validate that customer purchase orders and internal docs are consistent and aligned.
• Analyze project risks and direct risk-reduction activities.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive project schedule from order to final payment.
• Track milestone payments and ensure schedule alignment across functions.
• Provide status updates to management and act as primary customer liaison.
• Coordinate installation, run-off, and delivery dates at customer sites.
• Develop recovery plans when schedules deviate from objectives.
• Review engineering designs related to installation and approvals.
• Coordinate and supervise installation and debugging of equipment at the customer facility.
• Coordinate customer-site acceptance testing per established procedures.
• Promote safety and maintain a safe work environment for all employees.
