Qualifications

• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments, preferably machine tools or heavy equipment.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with ERP or scheduling systems is beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project execution for machine tool builds, imports and related services.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate activities among internal teams, partners, and customers.
• Track project milestones, manage timelines and resources, monitor budgets, and coordinate logistics for delivery, installation, and commissioning.
• Facilitate communication between sales, engineering, machining, and service teams to resolve issues and meet quality and deadlines.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, and risk assessments; drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
