Job summary

SGS & Co seeks a Project Manager 2 to coordinate design, artwork and production from brief through delivery. You will be the operational link between clients, project stakeholders and the studio team to keep work clear, planned and on time.

This role emphasizes proactive planning, timely communication and risk awareness to ensure smooth execution across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of project management or coordination experience.
• Experience in design, print, packaging, publishing or production environments.
• Strong planning, organization and time-management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tracking basics.

5. Escalate risks, delays and changes early with clear solutions.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 2-5 years of experience in project management, account coordination or production coordination.
• Experience in design, print, packaging, publishing or production environments.
• Strong planning, organization and time-management skills.
