Job summary

Makemarks is seeking a proactive Project Manager 2 to coordinate design, artwork and production jobs from brief through delivery at our Phoenix studio.

You will serve as the operational link between clients, project stakeholders and the studio team, keeping work clear, planned and on time while managing multiple priorities and deadlines with precision.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in project management or production coordination.
• Experience in design, print, packaging, publishing or production environments.
• Strong planning, organization and time-management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tracking basics.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 2-5 years of experience in project management, account coordination or production coordination.
• Experience in design, print, packaging, publishing or production environments.

• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tracking basics.
