Job description

Bridge between Account Managers and the internal team. Make sure briefs are complete, tasks are assigned, and projects ship accurately and on time.

We're looking for a highly organized and communicative Project Manager to help manage marketing projects from brief to delivery. You act as the bridge between the Account Management team — who talks directly with clients — and the internal specialists who do the work. You make sure client requests are clearly briefed, properly assigned, completed on time, and delivered accurately. The ideal candidate is dependable, clear, and comfortable asking questions, following up on missing information, and making sure every task has what it needs before it's assigned. Great marketing work depends on clear briefs, realistic timelines, and consistent communication — you're the person who makes all three happen.

What you'll do
  • Serve as the main operational link between Account Managers and internal team members
  • Review incoming client and Account Manager requests and make sure they're fully briefed before work begins
  • Identify missing information — unclear instructions, deadlines, assets, or requirements — and follow up with the AM as needed
  • Assign tasks to the appropriate team members based on project needs, priorities, capacity, and deadlines
  • Monitor team schedules and workloads daily to keep tasks moving forward on time
  • Track project progress from start to finish and proactively flag delays, blockers, or risks
  • Ensure deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and according to the original brief
  • Coordinate cross-functional work across creative, content, design, paid media, web, and strategy teams
  • Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders about project status, next steps, and deadlines
  • Keep project management tools, timelines, task lists, and status updates organized and up to date
  • Help improve internal processes, workflows, and communication between teams
  • Support quality control by reviewing work against the brief before it goes back to the Account Manager or client-facing team
Who you are
  • Experience in project management, marketing operations, account coordination, or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of marketing projects, campaigns, creative workflows, and client-service environments
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication — you ask questions and follow up on missing info
  • Able to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and team members simultaneously
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and different personalities
  • Proactive problem-solver — you identify missing details, blockers, or risks early
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
  • Can prioritize tasks and adjust quickly when timelines or client needs change
Nice to have
  • Familiarity with PM tools like Asana, Monday, ClickUp, Trello, or Notion
  • Experience with both creative production (design, video) and performance (paid, SEO)
  • PMP, Scrum, or other formal PM certification
Success in this role looks like
  • Client and Account Manager requests are clearly translated into actionable tasks
  • Team members receive complete briefs with the right details, assets, and deadlines
  • Projects are completed on time with fewer delays or miscommunications
  • Internal teams feel supported and clear on priorities
  • Account Managers have visibility into project status and timelines
  • Workflows become more organized, efficient, and consistent over time
What we offer
  • Fully remote — work from anywhere in the US, Canada, or Mexico
  • Benefits and PTO appropriate to your country
  • A team that treats operations as craft, not an afterthought

This role requires you to be based in the US, Canada, or Mexico.
