Job summary

Flowtec Construction in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead a major downtown development. The role will oversee a $34M AC Hotel by Marriott project, including conversion of Circle Tower into a 175-room hotel on an 18-month timeline through January 2028.

You will own projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience managing ground-up and/or renovation projects.
• Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, contracts, and subcontractor management.
• Ability to communicate effectively with owners, architects, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

I’m currently working with a well-established, family-owned general contractor that is looking to add a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to its growing Indiana team.

The PM brought on would be leading a $34M AC Hotel by Marriott project in downtown Indianapolis, converting the historic Circle Tower from an office building into a 175-room hotel. It’s an 18-month project scheduled to run through January 2028.

The company is looking for a PM/Sr. PM who can take ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout and serve as a key point of contact for owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.
