Job summary

JE Dunn Construction in El Paso, TX, seeks a Project Manager 1 to lead complex construction projects within the Advanced Facilities group. You will guide project teams, manage safety, scheduling, cost control, and subcontractor coordination, reporting to the Project Superintendent.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, 5+ years PM experience, and travel as needed. This is an on-site leadership role with opportunities to grow within a national builder.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of safety culture and ensures injury-free environment.
• Owns project scheduling and coordinates with subcontractors and owners.
• Manages preconstruction activities, bid packages, and buyout processes.
• Oversees submittal reviews, pricing analysis, and change requests.
• Maintains project documentation and reporting on status and profitability.
• Supports project closeout including warranties and contractual requirements.
