Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a seasoned Project Manager within its Advanced Facilities Group to lead core project management activities on large Industrial & Manufacturing, Data Center and Semiconductor projects. You will drive safety culture, plan buyouts, manage submittals, and coordinate with subcontractors and design teams.

The role requires 5+ years of construction management experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong skills in scheduling, budgeting, and Lean practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years construction management experience.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of the company’s safety culture and mentors others.
• Manages prestart process and preconstruction scope.
• Supports bid package development, schedule development and buyout.
• Oversees submittal schedules, shop drawings and samples.
• Coordinates pricing with vendors and subcontractors.
• Drives risk analysis and reporting to project team.
