Novax Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Project Manager for a full-time role in Washington to oversee structural steel projects from award through completion, coordinating customers, suppliers, detailing teams and schedules to keep projects on track.

The ideal candidate has 2-5 years in construction project management, with experience in structural steel or related metals, and is proficient at reading drawings, planning schedules, and maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of construction project management experience preferred.
• Experience within structural steel, miscellaneous metals, joists or decking highly desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling and coordination.
• Excellent customer communication and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Relevant degree preferred but not essential.

A growing company within the structural steel industry is looking to appoint a Project Manager to support its continued expansion.
