Job summary

Novax Recruitment Group is assisting a growing structural steel company in recruiting a Project Manager in the United States. You will oversee projects from award through completion, coordinating customers, suppliers, detailing, schedules and material deliveries to keep projects on track.

The role emphasizes reading drawings, managing RFIs and change orders, and maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of construction project management experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong scheduling and coordination skills.
• Excellent customer communication and problem-solving abilities.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of construction project management experience preferred.
• Experience within structural steel, miscellaneous metals, joists or decking highly desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling and coordination.
• Excellent customer communication and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Relevant degree preferred but not essential.
