Remedy Staffing is seeking a motivated Project Manager in Honolulu to oversee construction projects from start to finish. Responsibilities include coordinating turnover, reviewing plans and budgets, and ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and profitability.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor quality, safety, productivity, and profitability.
• Conduct regular job site visits and address project challenges.
• Track schedules and performance to maintain timelines and budgets.
• Identify and manage change order opportunities.
• Collaborate with field personnel, subcontractors, and management to resolve issues.
• Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and cost control.
• Review project documentation and labor records for accuracy.

Local construction related business is seeking a motivated and organized Project Manager to oversee construction projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for coordinating project activities, managing schedules and budgets, collaborating with field teams, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with clients, subcontractors, and operations teams.

Job Duties:
