Job description

TRC’s client is an industry-leading, fully integrated design-build firm with over 30 years of experience delivering complex projects across construction, engineering, and architecture services. They are expanding their presence in Hawaii and are looking for a Project Manager to join their Honolulu team on a full-time, direct hire basis.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from inception through completion, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are met
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to drive successful project execution
• Partner closely with Superintendents to ensure high-quality delivery and field coordination
• Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures
• Support proposal efforts and help secure new work
• Ensure safety standards and client expectations are consistently met
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across all phases of the project

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, and cost control
• Experience working with tools such as Procore, Primavera P6, or Autodesk Construction Cloud
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project phases
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• $115K–$170K base salary DOE + annual bonus
