Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural projects through all phases, from planning and design to construction and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong communication and long-term relationships.
• Oversee project documentation, technical accuracy, and compliance with applicable building codes and regulations.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain project objectives.
• Review project deliverables to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to client expectations.
• Mentor junior team members and promote a collaborative, high-performing work environment.

Position Overview

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
• Professional Architect licensure or active pursuit of licensure.
• Experience managing complex, multi‑disciplinary projects across commercial, civic, academic, or residential sectors.
