Job summary

Konstruct Staff is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to own delivery from preconstruction through commissioning on high-density data center builds supporting AI inference and AI factory deployments.

You will drive schedules, budgets, risk management, and coordination with GCs, subs, architects and engineers to ensure constructability and on-time turnover. This on-site role offers real room to grow as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10+ years of construction PM experience on mission-critical builds.
• Strong MEP background
• Experience managing GCs, subs and technical scopes
• Solid grasp of scheduling and project controls
• Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, P6/MS Project, ACC
• Degree in Construction Management or related field

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day project delivery from construction start through turnover
• Schedules and critical path, flagging and mitigating risk early
• Budgets, forecasts, cost-to-complete, change orders and pay apps
• GC, subcontractor and vendor management, including weekly coordination meetings
• Design coordination with architects and engineers on RFIs, submittals and constructability
• Site walks, QA/QC, safety and code compliance
• Commissioning support and a clean handoff to Operations
• Status, risk and cost reporting to leadership

We're working with a fast-growing developer of ultra-high-density, liquid-cooled AI colocation data centers. They’re backed by a major real estate investment firm with close to $1B in funding behind a national expansion, and they’re building out the team that will deliver it.

They need a Project Manager to own delivery from preconstruction through commissioning on high-density builds supporting AI inference and AI factory deployments.

What you’ll own
