Access and Patient Support Project Managers are responsible for managing the execution of projects consisting of single or multiple workstreams of various sizes. They work within the constraints of budget, schedule, and scope while managing risk and ensuring adherence to established processes and methodologies. This role enables the organization to drive complex and transformative patient support programs through disciplined project management and change management strategies to market. They must have the primary knowledge and skill to organize project teams, establish project schedules, assign individual responsibilities, integrate vendor tasks and deliverables into project plans, and determine resource requirements while also ensuring adherence to internal and external client quality standards.
New hire training will take place 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST, with mandatory attendance. This is a full-time position (40 hours/week). Flexibility to work any shift during Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 7:00 pm CST, is required.
You will work remotely, full-time, in a dedicated, quiet, distraction-free environment with high-speed internet. The company provides necessary equipment; you are responsible for maintaining a secure, high-speed broadband connection with specific requirements (download speed of 15 Mbps, upload of 5 Mbps, ping max 30 ms, wired connection, surge protector). Wi-Fi, satellite, dial-up, or cellular connections are not acceptable.
Anticipated hourly range: $79,700 - $119,400. Bonus eligibility: No. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid time off, HSA, 401(k), access to wages before payday, FSA, disability coverage, work-life resources, paid parental leave, and health programs.
