Job Summary

Access and Patient Support Project Managers are responsible for managing the execution of projects consisting of single or multiple workstreams of various sizes. They work within the constraints of budget, schedule, and scope while managing risk and ensuring adherence to established processes and methodologies. This role enables the organization to drive complex and transformative patient support programs through disciplined project management and change management strategies to market. They must have the primary knowledge and skill to organize project teams, establish project schedules, assign individual responsibilities, integrate vendor tasks and deliverables into project plans, and determine resource requirements while also ensuring adherence to internal and external client quality standards.

Qualifications
  • BA, BS, or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.
  • 3-6 years’ experience.
  • Manage projects from concept to completion, including presentations, planning, estimating, project setup, controls, procurement, administration, and closeout.
  • Good oral and written communication skills and people skills. Ability to clearly and effectively present information to all levels of employees, management, and clients.
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Report regularly on progress, cost, schedule metrics, procurement issues, safety or environmental concerns, design questions, potential impacts, and matters requiring support.
  • Work with business and IT leads for appropriate project staffing and development support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Analyze and recommend solutions related to new product launches, discontinuations, vendor integrations, and operational efficiencies that provide value to our clients.
  • Manage project budget, scope, client deliverables, timelines, and artifacts daily.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively make project recommendations to enhance service value.
  • Present project readouts to clients and key leaders, including project status, issue tracking, risk mitigation, and resolution.
  • Lead third-party vendor communication and coordination meetings.
  • Recommend changes to platform and vendor integration landscape to align with client strategy and industry advancements.
  • Build relationships with internal business owners to streamline processes.
  • Monitor project activities to ensure on-time, on-budget, and on-scope delivery.
  • Recommend new practices, processes, metrics, or models.
  • Manage all aspects of project communications.
  • Report regularly on progress, costs, schedule, and other project metrics.
  • Collaborate with business and IT leads for staffing and support.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Training and Work Schedule

New hire training will take place 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST, with mandatory attendance. This is a full-time position (40 hours/week). Flexibility to work any shift during Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 7:00 pm CST, is required.

Remote Work Details

You will work remotely, full-time, in a dedicated, quiet, distraction-free environment with high-speed internet. The company provides necessary equipment; you are responsible for maintaining a secure, high-speed broadband connection with specific requirements (download speed of 15 Mbps, upload of 5 Mbps, ping max 30 ms, wired connection, surge protector). Wi-Fi, satellite, dial-up, or cellular connections are not acceptable.

Compensation and Benefits

Anticipated hourly range: $79,700 - $119,400. Bonus eligibility: No. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid time off, HSA, 401(k), access to wages before payday, FSA, disability coverage, work-life resources, paid parental leave, and health programs.
