We’re looking for a dynamic Project Manager to join a scaling corporation delivering mechanical and electrical solutions across the U.S. This is a great opportunity to step into a PM role in the business and drive projects that directly impact growth and performance.

What You’ll Do

• Lead critical private equity-driven projects: acquisitions, integrations, carve-outs, divestitures, and business readiness for sale.
• Deliver across a diverse project portfolio: ERP relaunches, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, business process improvement, and more.
• Work side-by-side with the C-Suite and portfolio leadership on high-visibility initiatives.
• Manage project teams ranging from 10–100 people depending on scope.
• Travel occasionally to company offices across the US
• A structured Project Management background, with the versatility to flex across IT, operations, and business transformation.
• Experience in mechanical construction, industrial services, or related commercial trades strongly preferred.
• Proven Private Equity exposure: M&A integration, carve-outs, financial restructuring, or portfolio growth initiatives.
• Someone who can bring both organization AND enthusiasm — not just managing the process, but energizing the business around transformation.
• Finance/operations background before moving into PM is a huge plus.
