Role:

Manage projects according to defined methodology, scope, and process (plan, control, assess, report, close). Define the project team organization. Identify and monitor risk factors in the project and manage project risks. Coordinate communication between the project team and the customer (report status and updates). Coach and develop team members.

Profile:

• University degree in IT or a similar field.
• A project management certification (PMI, CAP, Agile, Scrum, etc.) is valued.
• 5+ years of experience in senior project management, directly managing technical teams.
• Experience with software development lifecycle and business change projects.
• Proven ability to plan, execute, and deliver highly complex projects, especially in environments functioning as a Software Factory.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, technical environment, following best practice project management methodologies.
• Ability to plan and coordinate national and international projects, ensuring financial and operational control.
• Proficiency with project management software tools.
• Experience in the financial sector or banking is highly valued.
• Ability to present and discuss commercial proposals.
• Open-mindedness and eagerness to learn new things.
• Constructive challenge of the status quo to improve value.
• Availability to manage projects across various time zones.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Willingness to travel outside the country.
