Position Overview
Parable Associates is looking for an entrepreneurial and dynamic individual to join our growing company as a Project Manager. This full-time remote position is best suited for a person who enjoys partnering with their clients to solve their most challenging questions through data driven solutions.
The Project Manager is responsible for leading our clients through the implementation of business intelligence reporting and fully operationalizing the resulting dashboards. This individual should have excellent leadership skills, in-depth technical knowledge, and the ability to communicate with client executives.
Within their first year, a Project Manager can expect to engage with multiple clients in the development and management of building out a business intelligence reporting suite, complete training to improve knowledge and expand professional network, and participate in the development of new product lines and services for Parable Associates to better serve our clients.
A typical week consists of internal meetings to discuss all client projects and internal events, leading other analysts on projects, project status meetings with clients, participating in white board "think tank" style meetings to solve challenges, querying and extracting client data, and development of reporting packages.

Role and Responsibilities
· Responsible for managing all communication with client leadership including weekly status updates
· Provide direction and leadership to teams throughout the lifecycle of data services projects
· Develop and maintain project schedule and log issues or risks
· Project manages the implementation of business intelligence reporting projects
· Demonstrates general understanding of claims processing and ability to complete root cause analysis
· Generates standard and custom statistical and analytical reports as requested using patient accounting systems, Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Business Intelligence products
· Extract datasets from data warehouse and other applications as necessary
· Conduct detailed research into data and performance changes identified in dashboard reports
· Performs initial and final quality control and performance assessment of reports prior to distribution
· Identifies opportunities to improve revenue and collection performance through analysis of charges, claim denials, payments, and accounts receivable
· Recommends reports to clients based on experience, analysis, and research
· Leverages reports to identify areas for operational improvements and efficiencies
· Analyzes our clients' financial and operational data and displays strong analytical and reasoning skills
Ideal Candidate should have experience matching the following:
Requirements:
· Minimum of 4 years of professional work experience in consulting, project management, or client-facing roles, preferably in the data or analytics space
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and client expectations
· Strong experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects in a fast-paced environment
· Working knowledge of business intelligence reporting software such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
· Familiarity with data visualization best practices and database concepts
· Proven ability to develop and maintain project schedules, issue logs, and risk mitigation plans
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, pivot charts
· Experience analyzing Healthcare Revenue Cycle workflow and/or clinical operations
· Working knowledge of Revenue Cycle processes and metrics
· Ability to work remotely at a home-office with strong internet connection
· Availability to travel up to 25% per year to client locations in the U.S. (travel suspended until further notice)
· Excellent communication skills, ability to engage with other team members and clients
· Enjoys working in a team of highly motivated professionals providing a best-in-class service
· Authorization to work in the U.S., without the requirement for an employment visa or sponsorship
Preferred:
· Experience managing large-scale consulting projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction
· Experience as a project manager and leading weekly status update calls with clients
· Experience in process improvement, consulting, and driving operational efficiencies across client organizations
· Strong background in client relationship management, including issue resolution and delivering client-focused solutions
· Working knowledge of managed care reimbursement
· Ability to create and analyze financial models, providing insights to support strategic decision-making
· Familiarity with data science and machine learning tools, techniques, and languages (Spark, Python, R, Machine Learning)
