Qualifications

What You'll Do

You'll work closely with field leadership, clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure successful project execution while serving as a trusted representative of AnderCorp.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading project planning, coordination, and execution from start to finish
• Promoting a strong safety culture alongside field management teams
• Managing project schedules, budgets, and procurement activities
• Overseeing submittals, RFIs, project documentation, and contract administration
• Leading owner, architect, and project team meetings
• Managing subcontractor and vendor buyout processes
• Coordinating project closeout, punch lists, warranties, and turnover documentation
• Collaborating with project teams to maintain quality standards and client satisfaction
• Conducting project walks, inspections, and progress reviews
• Supporting risk management, cost control, and continuous project improvement
