Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with project management, scheduling, and construction technology software.

Responsibilities

• Leading project planning, coordination, and execution from start to finish.
• Promoting a strong safety culture alongside field management teams.
• Managing project schedules, budgets, and procurement activities.
• Overseeing submittals, RFIs, project documentation, and contract administration.
• Leading owner, architect, and project team meetings.
• Managing subcontractor and vendor buyout processes.
• Coordinating project closeout, punch lists, warranties, and turnover documentation.
• Collaborating with project teams to maintain quality standards and client satisfaction.
• Conducting project walks, inspections, and progress reviews.
• Supporting risk management, cost control, and continuous project improvement.
