Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.

• 5+ years of construction experience.
• Strong understanding of construction management principles and project delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, coordination, and execution from start to finish.
• Promote a strong safety culture alongside field management teams.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and procurement activities.
• Oversee submittals, RFIs, project documentation, and contract administration.
• Lead owner, architect, and project team meetings.
• Coordinate subcontractor and vendor buyout processes.
• Closeout projects with turnover documentation and warranties.
• Maintain quality standards and client satisfaction.
• Conduct progress reviews and site walks; support risk management.
