Venteon is seeking a Project Manager to lead electrical construction projects from on-site locations in Troy, MI. The role involves hands-on field work, coordinating with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical construction, strong project management skills, and a solid understanding of electrical schematics and regulations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required or completion of an electrical apprenticeship.
• Minimum 5 years experience in electrical construction.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience directing a team.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with estimating department and project superintendent to review and document field requirements.
• Attend job site coordination meetings and liaise with other contractors for information exchange and status updates.
• Maintain accurate reports of material requisitions, back charges, credits, labor, and extra work orders.
• Submit monthly overview reports to Finance and the Executive Team on budget, timeline, and profitability.

Venteon is currently seeking a Project Manager to fill an opening with a company located in Troy, MI.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

This is an in-field Project Management position, working hands-on at construction sites, collaborating with clients, and working closely with internal teams. The role is based in-office/on-site and is available due to company growth. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Coordinating with the estimating department and project superintendent to review and document all field requirements for assigned projects.
• Attending all job site coordination meetings and serving as the liaison with other contractors to ensure effective exchange of information, job status updates, and fulfillment of all requirements.
• Maintaining accurate reports of material requisitions, back charges, credits, labor, and extra work orders.
• Submitting monthly overview reports to Finance and the Executive Team to communicate project status in relation to budget, timeline, and profitability.

WHAT IS REQUIRED

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering or a related field, or completion of an electrical apprenticeship.
• Minimum of 5 years experience working in electrical construction.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in the field directing a team.
• Strong project management experience and a solid understanding of electrical schematics and regulations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Electrical Masters License.
