Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to support a leading healthcare technology and security solutions company based in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. The Project Manager will oversee projects from initiation through completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2+ years of PM experience, strong organizational skills, and a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of Project Management experience.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field; PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource forecasts.
• Coordinate project activities across internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, address risks, roadblocks, and scope changes.
• Provide regular project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Track project financials and identify opportunities to mitigate cost overruns.
• Prepare and deliver regular project status reports.
• Conduct project closeout activities and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.
• Manage multiple ongoing projects in varying stages of execution simultaneously.

This organization specializes in RFID safety and security systems, real-time location services (RTLS), wireless communication solutions, and enterprise technologies utilized by healthcare facilities across the country.

The Project Manager will oversee projects from initiation through completion, ensuring successful delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams, customers, and key stakeholders. This individual will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, stakeholder communication, and project execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Day-to-Day

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource forecasts
