Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to support a leading healthcare technology and security solutions company based in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. You will oversee projects from initiation through completion, coordinating with cross-functional teams, customers, and key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 1-2+ years of PM experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment onsite in Oak Creek, WI. PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of Project Management experience.
• Experience managing projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Experience developing project plans, timelines, resource allocation plans, and budgets.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource forecasts.
• Coordinate project activities across internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, roadblocks, and scope changes.
• Communicate project updates, milestones, and deliverables to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Track project financials and identify opportunities to mitigate cost overruns.
• Prepare and deliver regular project status reports.
• Conduct project closeout activities and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.
• Manage multiple ongoing projects in varying stages of execution simultaneously.
