Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Project Manager in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to join the PMO supporting multiple enterprise application initiatives. You will lead cross-functional teams and ensure projects stay on time and within scope.

Ideal candidates will have proven enterprise project experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet, along with risk management and governance skills to drive successful deliveries across SaaS, ERP, and CRM systems.

• Proven experience managing enterprise application projects with stakeholder engagement.
• Strong risk and issue management skills, with familiarity in PMO methodologies and project governance.
• Experience supporting SaaS, ERP, CRM, and business system initiatives.
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple enterprise application projects within the centralized PMO.
• Transition knowledge from current project managers and assume ownership of active initiatives.
• Manage schedules, risks, dependencies, and status reporting for 5+ concurrent projects.
• Oversee enterprise application deliveries supporting SaaS, ERP, CRM, and other business systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met on time and within scope.
