Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean is seeking a Project Manager in Topeka to coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, information and labor. You'll report to the General Manager and drive projects from conception through delivery while maintaining professional standards and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include maintaining schedules, preparing flowcharts, and ensuring paperwork compliance, along with hands-on equipment maintenance as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
• Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
• An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans.
• Maintain a professional image.
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive professional attitude with customers and fellow workers.
• Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
• Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
• An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans.

• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner.
• Ensure paperwork standards are adhered to.
• Perform regular maintenance on equipment (includes truck mount as well as portable equipment).
