Job summary

Innovative Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial renovation projects from pre-construction through closeout.

You will develop schedules, manage budgets, and coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams for successful, safe, and on-time delivery. The role requires 3+ years in construction PM, a related degree, and proficiency with Procore, MS Project, and Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing commercial renovation projects; hospitality renovation experience preferred.
• Experience managing projects up to $15M+.
• Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, or similar software.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, budgeting, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP or other professional certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from planning through completion.
