Job summary

Innovative Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial renovation projects from pre-construction through closeout in Tiverton, RI. You will build strong relationships with clients and project teams while delivering projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of PM experience, a degree in Construction Management or related field, and proficiency with Procore, MS Project, or Bluebeam. PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing commercial renovation projects; hospitality renovation experience preferred.
• Experience managing projects up to $15M+.
• PMP or other professional certifications are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from planning through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Monitor project progress, costs, quality, and safety.
• Lead project meetings and proactively resolve issues.
• Manage contracts, change orders, procurement, and project documentation.
• Partner closely with Superintendents to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
