Job summary

Innovative Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial renovation projects from pre-construction through closeout, delivering exceptional results while building strong relationships with clients and project teams.

You will manage schedules, budgets, procurement, and coordination with clients, architects, engineers, and field teams to ensure safety and quality. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule and opportunities on projects nationwide; background check

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing commercial renovation projects; hospitality renovation experience highly preferred.
• Experience managing projects up to $15M+.
• Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, budgeting, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP or other professional certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities
