Job summary

Innovative Construction, Inc. in Tiverton, RI is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial renovation projects from pre-construction through closeout.

You will develop schedules, manage budgets, coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and field teams, and ensure safety and quality across the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in construction PM, experience with hospitality renovations, and proficiency in Procore, MS Project, and Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing commercial renovation projects; hospitality renovation experience preferred.
• Experience managing projects up to $15M+.
• Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, or similar CM software.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, budgeting, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP or other professional certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from planning through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Monitor project progress, costs, quality, and safety.
• Lead project meetings and proactively resolve issues.
• Manage contracts, change orders, procurement, and project documentation.
• Partner closely with Superintendents to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
