Job summary

raise consulting is seeking a Construction Project Manager in San Diego to lead commercial remodel and tenant‑improvement projects across multiple states. You will manage preconstruction through close‑out, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full lifecycle management of commercial remodel and TI projects, including work in occupied environments.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls; maintain financial accountability.
  • Supervise Superintendents and support Project Engineers through mentorship and development.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers across multiple job sites.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and scopes of work for accuracy and constructability.
  • Manage procurement, logistics, subcontract negotiations, and contract execution.
  • Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, quantity take‑offs, estimating, and detailed project proposals.
  • Conduct site visits, lead construction meetings, and maintain clear communication with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Lead project close‑out, punch lists, and final documentation.
  • Maintain accountability for schedule, budget, contractual obligations, quality, and client satisfaction.

A San Diego-based General Contractor is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead commercial renovation and tenant‑improvement projects across multiple states. This role manages projects from preconstruction and estimating through close‑out, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
