We’re seeking a Rockstar Project Manager to help us deliver consistent, reliable outsourced graphic design to our clients.

We are looking for someone to be part of our leadership team. A Project Manager who can evolve, adapt, and is built for teamwork.

The Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple projects, starting with the project kickoff meeting and ending with a successful testimonial video. YKMD’s expectations are for all projects to be professionally designed, on time, and within the established budget.

The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the scope and budget. They will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will hire new talent as needed to fulfill client needs.

Requires 2 years of experience in the field or a related area. Familiarity with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures in the field. Ability to rely on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks and leads the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a department. Must enhance the department and organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value.

• Manage scope, schedule, and costs changes using verification techniques
• Meet with clients to clarify project requirements
• Delegate tasks based on team members’ strengths and experience
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps
• Create comprehensive project plans for clients and staff
• Assist in defining project scope and objectives with stakeholders

Requirements

• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills in English
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field

Working Conditions

• Full-time (40 hours/week) remote position
• Work hours: 9:30 am - 6:30 pm Eastern Standard Time (Miami Time)
• Effective communication in English required
