Job summary

Transporeon, a Trimble company, is seeking a Lead Global Logistics Integrations as our Next Integration Project Manager to steer end-to-end software integrations for global logistics networks. You will drive onboarding, engage with customers through workshops, and lead cross-functional teams to meet scope, timelines, and budgets.

Ideal candidates will have PM experience in software integrations, strong API/data workflow knowledge, and a background in logistics tech.

Qualifications

• Proven PM experience in software integrations or tier-two support.
• Strong understanding of APIs, data workflows, and databases.
• Experience in logistics or transportation tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management and technical integrations for carrier onboarding, ensuring timely launches and budget alignment.
• Facilitate interactive customer workshops to define scope, system configurations, and technical specifications.
• Deliver tier-two technical support and hands-on enablement training to ensure high user adoption and post-launch success.
• Coordinate cross-functional requirements with engineering and development teams in Jira while maintaining project margins and billable tracking.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Full professional fluency in English with exceptional interpersonal and communication capabilities.
• Proven experience in project management, technical integrations, or tier-two customer support within software environments.
• Strong technical aptitude for understanding software interfaces, APIs, database concepts, and data workflows.
• Professional background or familiarity within the transportation, freight, or logistics industry.

Bonus Points For:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or a related technical field.
• PRINCE2 or equivalent project management completion or certification.
• Hands-on experience working with enterprise ERP systems or ticketing tools like Jira.
