Renewyx LLC in St. Louis, MO is seeking a VP of Preconstruction to lead the estimating and preconstruction team for heavy civil and transportation projects. You will set win strategies for hard bid and design-build pursuits and review every estimate with ownership before submission.

The role oversees company labor and equipment rates, DBE strategy, buyout, contract reviews, and Go/No-Go decisions that shape the backlog. You will report directly to the CEO and Chairman.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading, mentoring and developing a team of estimators in heavy civil or transportation construction.
• Strong record on competitive hard bid DOT and public agency work.
• Proficiency with HCSS HeavyBid and HeavyJob.

Renewyx have partnered with a family-owned heavy civil and transportation contractor in the St. Louis metro to appoint a VP of Pre-Construction. The business bids state DOT and public agency work across Illinois and Missouri, with projects from $500K to $50M.

This is a senior preconstruction seat, reporting directly to the CEO and Chairman.

You'll lead the estimating and preconstruction team, set win strategies for hard bid and selected design-build pursuits, and review every estimate with ownership before submission. The role also covers company labor and equipment rates, DBE strategy, buyout, contract review and the Go/No-Go decisions that shape the backlog.

• Experience leading, mentoring and developing a team of estimators in heavy civil or transportation construction
• A strong record on competitive hard bid DOT and public agency work
• Proficiency in HCSS HeavyBid and HeavyJob
• A Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree
• Up to $250,000 base plus discretionary bonus
• Office based in the St. Louis metro
