Job summary

Puget Sound Pipe & Supply CO. is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to support large construction and industrial projects in the Spokane region. The role acts as liaison between customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accurate documentation, timely communication, and successful project execution.

Hired candidate will work onsite at the branch location with no relocation assistance. Starting pay is $25.00–$30.00 per hour, depending on experience; 40 hours a week with full benefits

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalency.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Pass Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Process and submit daily billing documentation to SharePoint, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate and manage order expediting activities for large projects in the Spokane region.
• Communicate delivery schedules and updates clearly with customers to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Retrieve and provide Material Test Reports (MTRs) in support of customer and project requirements.
• Compile and distribute submittal packages in accordance with project specifications and customer needs.
• Oversee and manage customer return processes, ensuring efficient resolution and adherence to company procedures.

Puget Sound Pipe is a premier wholesale distributor of pipe, valves and fittings in the Pacific Northwest & Alaska. We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Project Manager to support large construction and industrial projects throughout the Spokane region. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accurate documentation, timely communication, and successful project execution.

Hired candidate will be working onsite at the branch location. There is no relocation assistance available.

Basic Duties:
