Job summary

Puget Sound Pipe & Supply CO in Spokane, WA is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to support large construction and industrial projects. This onsite role serves as a liaison between customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accurate documentation, timely communication, and successful project execution.

Hired candidate will work onsite at the branch location. There is no relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalency.
• Pre-employment drug screen.
• Background Check.
• Experience in project coordination or inside sales is a plus.
• Experience with submittals and project documentation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and submit daily billing documentation to SharePoint, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate and manage order expediting activities for large projects in the Spokane region.
• Communicate delivery schedules and updates clearly with customers to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Retrieve and provide Material Test Reports (MTRs) in support of customer and project requirements.
• Compile and distribute submittal packages in accordance with project specifications and customer needs.
• Oversee and manage customer return processes, ensuring efficient resolution and adherence to company procedures.
