Job summary

Wolf Pack Overland is looking for a Project Manager to run point on client experience and shop operations as we grow. You’ll own the client relationship from quote to delivery, keep parts and schedules on track, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

This role focuses on coordinating between clients, technicians, and ownership, managing project timelines, and handling inquiries to ensure smooth builds. Hybrid schedule is available while traveling.

This role is the connective tissue between our customers and the shop floor. You’ll own the client relationship from quote to delivery, keep parts and schedules on track, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

What you do

• Manage client communication throughout the project lifecycle: updates, timelines, expectations, travel logistics
• Handle customer service inquiries and route technical questions to the right team member
• Order and track parts, keeping builds on schedule
• Manage the shop’s project schedule and delivery timelines
• Review daily call transcripts/logs to catch anything that needs follow-up
• Coordinate between clients, technicians, and ownership to keep projects moving
• Help organize events, training, and rallies to further grow the van community

What we’re looking for

• Experience in project management, client services, or operations (automotive/RV/marine industry a plus, not required)
• Strong organizational skills — you can juggle multiple builds and timelines without losing detail
• Clear, warm communicator — comfortable talking with high-end clients and technicians alike
• Problem-solver who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what’s next
• Comfortable in a small-team, hands-on environment (this is a boutique shop, not a corporate office)
• A passion for vanlife, experience traveling in a van, or building a van strongly preferred.
