Responsibilities

  • Assist Senior Project Manager with project administration, schedules, and documentation.
  • Handle material releases, vendor follow-up, invoicing, and cost reporting.
  • Coordinate field dimensions, change orders, and submittals; manage labor and delivery schedules.
  • Develop new business opportunities and relationships with current and potential customers.

nager is responsible for assisting the Senior Project Manager with administrative duties associated with projects, materials releases, vendor follow-up, coding invoices for A/P, routing correspondence, field dimensions, change orders, submittals and labor and delivery schedules. Projects can range from several small to medium projects or one large project. The position proactively develops new business opportunities and relationships with current and potential custo


mers.
