You need to initiate programs, monitor their progress, and introduce adjustments to improve process efficiency.
Stakeholder Management:
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Risk Management:
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor progress and address any issues proactively.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, and lessons learned.
Provide regular updates to leadership on project status and performance metrics.
Team Collaboration:
Facilitate cross-functional team meetings and ensure alignment on goals.
