Job Description:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in technical project or program management.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional technology projects within complex organizations.
• Strong expertise with Jira (administration, reporting, and governance).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and ability to adapt frameworks as needed.
• Experience aligning multiple verticals/teams under a consistent program-level structure.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• Background in financial services or enterprise technology environments preferred.
• Experience working with Architecture and/or Technology Management Committees.
• Demonstrated track record of bringing consistency and structure to distributed project management teams.
