Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery schedules across multiple projects.
• Plan, coordinate, and track monthly release cycles across platforms.
• Maintain detailed project plans, timelines and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-team deliverables with engineering, QA and DevOps.
• Drive release readiness activities including code freeze and deployment scheduling.
• Ensure builds and deployments are timely with high quality.
• Coordinate with DevOps for stable releases.
• Run daily/weekly project syncs and sprint planning meetings.
• Identify risks and blockers early; drive resolution.
• Provide status updates to leadership.
• Handoff between development, QA, and DevOps.
• Improve communication across distributed teams.
• Refine SDLC, release workflows, and project tracking.
• Introduce best practices for high-frequency multi-platform releases.
• Optimize Jira dashboards and reporting.

• - Own and manage end-to-end delivery schedules across multiple concurrent projects
• - Plan, coordinate, and track monthly release cycles across all platforms
• - Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and dependencies across ~12 active workstreams
• - Coordinate cross-team deliverables to ensure alignment between engineering, QA, and DevOps
• - Drive release readiness activities including code freeze, QA validation, and deployment scheduling
• - Ensure all builds and deployments are completed on time with high quality and minimal disruption
• - Coordinate with DevOps to ensure timely, stable, and regular releases
• - Run daily/weekly project syncs, sprint planning, and release planning meetings
• - Identify risks, blockers, and resource constraints early; proactively drive resolution
• - Track progress across teams and provide clear, concise status updates to leadership

Requirements

• - Experience coordinating web applications and mobile app releases (Azure, iOS/Android/Windows)
• - Hands-on experience with Jira or similar project management tools
