The role drives complex technical projects from inception to delivery, aligning engineering, product, and design teams around shared milestones.
The project manager owns execution rhythms, unblocks technical dependencies, and ensures high-quality software ships on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end execution for core engineering initiatives, managing sprint planning, roadmaps, and release cycles using Jira and Linear
- Identify technical risks, scope creep, and cross-team dependencies early, surfacing proactive mitigation strategies
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Track velocity, burn-down charts, and key delivery metrics to maintain team accountability and predictable cadence
- Coordinate cross-functional communication between engineering, product management and QA to ensure seamless feature deployments
- Maintain centralized documentation for architecture decisions, project status, and product requirements using Confluence and Notion
What We Are Looking For
- 4-7 years of technical project or program management experience within a fast-paced software engineering environment
- Deep familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies; PMP or Scrum Master certifications are a plus
- Strong technical literacy, capable of engaging in architectural discussions with senior engineers leads
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting status to use, on which event
- Proficiency with modern project tracking and collaboration software including Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and Slack
- Bonus: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, along with hands-on experience scaling distributed microservices
