Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale tax modernization initiative in a complex enterprise. You will own project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, and RAID logs while coordinating across business and technical teams to meet milestones.

The ideal candidate has extensive enterprise PM experience, strong RAID log discipline, and proficiency with Wrike or similar tools. You will drive multiple workstreams and report on status to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting tax, finance, or tax modernization initiatives.
• Strong RAID log creation and maintenance experience.
• Proficiency with Wrike or similar enterprise PM tools.
• Experience leading cross-functional business and tech teams.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a large-scale tax modernization initiative within a complex enterprise environment. This individual will lead cross-functional projects focused on modernizing tax processes, technology, and supporting systems while coordinating across business and technical teams. The Project Manager will own project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items while maintaining detailed RAID logs throughout the project lifecycle. They will use Wrike or similar project management tools to track deliverables, provide status reporting, and ensure teams remain aligned against key milestones. The ideal candidate brings strong enterprise project management experience and is comfortable driving multiple workstreams within a highly integrated organization.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of Project Management experienceExperience supporting tax, finance, accounting, or tax modernization initiativesStrong experience creating and maintaining RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)Experience with Wrike or similar enterprise project management toolsExperience managing cross-functional business and technology teams, including timelines, dependencies, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
