Our client is an established commercial general contractor serving Maryland, Washington, DC, and Northern Virginia. With decades of experience in the region, this company provides construction management and general contracting services for complex ground-up, renovation, and addition projects.
The company has built a strong reputation within the K-12 education, higher education, municipal, community facility, commercial, and residential markets. Projects range from renovations of existing occupied facilities to large-scale new construction.
The Project Manager will take ownership of projects from preconstruction and procurement through construction and closeout while serving as a primary point of contact between the owner, design team, field staff, subcontractors, and internal leadership.
