Role Description

This is a full-time, Project Manager role located in Riverside, CA. The Project Manager oversees construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring work is executed on time and within budget. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, managing project logistics, monitoring inspections and compliance, and resolving project issues promptly. The role involves preparing and updating project plans, developing and updating project schedules, tracking milestones, reviewing progress reports, managing project budgets and financials and communicating regularly with clients and internal stakeholders. The Project Manager also supports risk management and continuous improvement of project workflows and documentation.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, logistics, budgeting, and progress tracking.
• Experience in construction project delivery in public works, preferably in the education market with DSA experience.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities, with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for working with field staff, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Proficiency with project management and construction-related software tools such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office and Procore.
• Knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and permitting processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in an office environment in Riverside, CA and manage projects remotely, visiting sites as needed, and manage multiple projects or phases concurrently.
