Job summary

BEAM Construction Company seeks a dynamic Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects across schools, public facilities, and industrial sectors. You will coordinate all phases, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will manage subcontractors, maintain client communications, and drive project success using Procore, MS Project, and industry best practices in a 100-year-old, stable company culture.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record in managing large-scale infrastructure or commercial construction projects.
• Extensive experience with project scheduling, cost management, and coordination.
• Proficiency in Procore and MS Project, plus MS Office for documentation and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, blueprint reading, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects within schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Serve as primary client representative; run Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings with regular updates.
• Coordinate schedules and resources using MS Project, Procore, and other CM software.
• Manage project budgets by tracking costs and ensuring alignment with goals.
• Oversee contract/specifications preparation to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate construction activities, monitor progress, and adjust plans to meet deadlines.
• Supervise on-site teams, subcontractors, and vendors; foster effective communication.
• Ensure regulatory compliance by adhering to safety standards, codes, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct site inspections using Civil 3D for civil works planning and safety protocols.

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project Manager to lead and oversee commercial construction projects, including schools, public facilities, and industrial projects. In this role, you will coordinate all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise in construction management software, scheduling, cost control, and regulatory compliance will drive project success while maintaining high safety standards. Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
• Serve as the primary client representative, running the Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings and providing regular financial and schedule updates as required
• Use MS Project, Procore, and other construction management software to coordinate schedules and resources effectively
• Manage project budgets by tracking costs meticulously, ensuring cost management aligns with project goals
• Oversee the preparation and review of contracts and specifications to guarantee accuracy and compliance with regulations
• Coordinate construction schedule activities, monitor progress regularly, and adjust plans proactively to meet deadlines
• Supervise on‑site teams, subcontractors, and vendors; foster effective communication and teamwork for seamless project execution
• Ensure construction regulatory compliance by adhering to safety standards, building codes, environmental regulations, and industry best practices

Experience

• Proven track record managing large-scale infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a focus on complex educational, civic and industrial projects
• Extensive experience with construction project scheduling, cost management, and project coordination
• Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore and MS Project, along with Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting
• Strong knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, blueprint reading, contracts administration, and regulatory compliance
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a fast‑paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Hands‑on experience in managing project budgets from initial estimates through completion; adept at managing change orders and contractual negotiations
• Familiarity with managing construction schedules using Microsoft Project or similar tools to ensure timely project delivery
• Experience in collaborative building methods -- CMAR and Design‑Build -- is a plus
