Job summary

Northland Controls, a global leader in security integration, is seeking a Project Manager to join our Reston, Virginia team. This onsite role manages security projects from initiation to completion, ranging from installations to enterprise deployments.

You will oversee scope, schedules, budgets, and client relationships, produce plans and progress reports, forecast costs, coordinate with contractors, and ensure successful delivery across all project phases.

• Manage security projects worth $1.5M to $3M, from start to finish.
• Oversee project scope, schedules, and budgets, ensuring everything stays on track.
• Build strong client relationships and represent their security needs in meetings.
• Create project plans, reports, schedules, and budgets, and communicate progress regularly.
• Forecast costs, handle invoicing, and report on budget vs. actuals.
• Coordinate with teams, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
