Job summary

BRG Advisors in Raleigh is seeking Mechanical & Plumbing Project Managers to lead mechanical and plumbing construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning, leveraging the resources of a national contractor to build a regional operation.

You will manage budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractors and field operations while building strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers and trade partners; mentor junior staff and shape Raleigh office growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience with a mechanical contractor.
• Proven experience managing large commercial or industrial mechanical construction projects.
• Background in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Process Piping, or Mission Critical / Data Centers.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, piping systems, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment backed by a national organization.
