The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience.

• Willingness and ability to travel as needed, including travel outside of Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes for new jobs and projects.
• Manage projects after contracts or purchase orders are received from customers.
• Maintain project profit margins at expected profitability levels.
• Meet with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
• Coordinate with Graphic Design to develop drawings and materials for approval.
• Manage client relationships and ongoing project communication.
• Source and order materials required for projects.
• Coordinate project installations and site walk-throughs.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and overall progress to ensure completion.
• Support other project management activities to meet deadlines.

Our product lines include ADA signage, wayfinding, channel letters, monuments, pylons, and super graphics. We serve national accounts and are expanding our project management team.

Summary

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee signage projects from initial quoting through completion. This role is responsible for managing project profitability, client communication, materials, design coordination, and installation while ensuring projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with client expectations.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to effectively manage multiple projects and client relationships in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Essential Functions

• Prepare quotes for new jobs and projects
• Manage projects after contracts or purchase orders are received from customers
• Maintain project profit margins at expected profitability levels
• Meet with clients to obtain a clear understanding of project requirements and expectations
• Work with the Graphic Design team to develop drawings and materials for client approval
• Manage client relationships and ongoing project communication
• Source and order materials required for projects
• Coordinate project installations and client walk-throughs of completed sites
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, materials, and overall progress to ensure successful completion
• Support other project management activities and team members as needed to meet project deadlines
